Terms and Conditions A) ABOUT YOUR BOOKING Group bookings deposit (3 or more) is non refundable. During your viewing session (your opportunity to purchase prints or images) this deposit will be refunded in the form of a discount off your photographic order. If no photographic order is made, the deposit will automatically be returned to the card with which it was paid, or by cheque, within 30 days of your appointment. All appointments are subject to availability. You are required to bring your passport or driving license with you as identification (regardless of your age). If you arrive more than 30 minutes after your 'arrival time' (see booking confirmation for details), your booking fee will not be refunded and your appointment can no longer be guaranteed. We reserve the right to offer either a shortened makeup session or to cancel the appointment altogether. A no show charge would apply in the event of cancellation. All major credit/debit cards are accepted for phone bookings and online bookings. B) NO SHOW CHARGES C) AMENDING APPOINTMENTS You will receive confirmation of your appointment with your Experience Pack in the post. If you need to change your appointment, please call the Booking Team immediately on 0161 272 0093. Appointments can be changed free of charge (once only) if you give us at least 14 days notice. If you change your appointment more than once, each change will be subject to £10 per person administration fee*. Cancelling Appointments If you wish to cancel the appointment any deposit paid will be rendered none--refundable. Any administration fees paid can be used towards the purchase of any
prints or images at your viewing session on the day of your appointment.
This includes any no-show fees if you re-book an unattended appointment. D) EXPERIENCE VOUCHERS Experience vouchers may be used to book an experience at any time within 6 months of the date of purchase. Experience vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash in part or whole. E) THE VIEWING SESSION Failure to complete the viewing session will render your deposit none refundable. F) GENERAL Firefly Photography Limited operates a professional service and therefore reserves the right to deny or reduce sessions if staff feel that a client's behavior, presentation or hygiene may compromise the experience for other clients. Your data may be used by Fire fly Photography Limited to advise you of products, services and special promotions and passed to its group, affiliated companies, agents, sub-contractors for research and analysis purposes. Firefly Photography Limited may contact you by post, telephone, SMS text or email. Firefly Photography Limited reserves the right to amend, vary or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts. If any of these Terms and Conditions is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. No delay or waiver in enforcing Firefly Photography Limited's rights under these Terms and Conditions shall prevent Firefly Photography Limited taking actions later. Firefly Photography Limited shall not be liable for any breach of these Terms and Conditions beyond its reasonable control. A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these erms and Conditions but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
